The Story Behind
the Coaching

I got into fitness through sports, but chronic knee injuries forced me to rethink everything. Instead of chasing performance at all costs, I shifted my focus to building a body that could actually last—strong, resilient, and pain-free.

"Training became more than physical—it gave me structure, control, and something to rely on when everything else felt uncertain."

After losing my dad as a teenager and growing up through a lot of instability, training gave me something to hold onto. As I started seeing real progress, people around me began asking what I was doing—so I got certified while still in school to understand the science behind it, not just rely on trial and error.

What ultimately shaped how I coach today was watching someone close to me struggle with fitness, dieting, and body image. I saw firsthand how frustrating it is to put in effort without lasting results—and how easy it is to get stuck in cycles that don't work. That experience changed everything about my approach.

Now I help people build strength, lose fat, and feel confident through a clear, sustainable plan—no extremes, no burnout, no guesswork. Just habits that actually stick.
