What we collect
There are two ways we collect information:
- Automatically, when you browse. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our site. It collects things like the pages you view, roughly where you're visiting from (city or region, not your exact address), the device and browser you use, and how you arrived here. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.
- Directly, when you give it to us. If you book a consultation, download a free guide, or join our email list, you share details like your name, email, and phone number. You only give us this when you choose to.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses cookies—small files stored in your browser—to measure site traffic. These aren't required for the site to work, and you can turn them off. To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, you can install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also block or delete cookies anytime in your browser settings.
How we use your information

- To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations.
- To send you the resources or emails you signed up for.
We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it except with the service providers below who help us run the business.

Our site and services are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
